What is a AK Annual Pass?

An AK Annual Pass allows visitors unlimited access for a minimum of 12 months. This can be for the family or an individual.

Can anyone use a AK Annual Pass?

An AK Annual Pass is non-transferable and only the adult or child whose name and photo- graph are printed on the AK Annual Pass can use it to gain entry into the centre.

What are the benefits of having a AK Annual Pass?

The benefits are:
• Unlimited Entry to Adventure Kidz
• One free named adult with every child

How much does it cost?

An AK Annual Pass is £96 for one child and one free adult for one whole year. That is just 26p per day. It works out to be £8.00 per month if you pay by Direct Debit and any additional adults at £1 extra per month.

What is a Direct Debit?

A Direct Debit is a scheme set up by the banks where the customer agrees for a company to take an agreed amount from their bank account each month in payment for goods or services.

What are the benefits of having a Direct Debit?

You don’t only get all the benefits mentioned above you also get to spread the cost and pay monthly your price will never go up as long as you continue to make your monthly payments. Plus you also get to add additional adults for just £1 extra per month.

What date will the Direct Debit leave my account?

We offer two dates in the month on which the cost of the AK Annual Pass will be taken from your bank account. These dates are the 1st or the 15th of the month. You can choose which date you prefer when you set up the Direct Debit.

Where can I buy a AK Annual Pass?

At home: You can purchase individual or family AK Annual Passes online through the Adventure Kidz shop on our website

OR

At site: You can sign up at site when you visit Adventure Kidz by using our Tills to access the online system.

Where do I get an AK Annual Pass card and does it have to have my photo on it?

AK Annual Passes can only be issued on-site. They must have the name and photograph of the member – it’s the rules.

When does a AK Annual Pass start?

An AK Annual Pass starts on the date that we receive the first Direct Debit payment. If you pay for your whole years annual pass up front – it starts from when your payment is cleared through our secure banking system which can take up to 3 working days.
